You can access your bookstore orders at any time by logging into your account.  From there, you can see your orders and access your download links from the downloads section.

I know I would rather not print out any pages that I'm not ready to color, so I never print out the full book.  Instead, I find the page I want to color and print just that one.  This saves me paper and ink and keeps me organized.  To print just one page, open the book and find the page you want to print.  Note the page number of that page.  Then, click the file > print link, but instead of printing all, select a page range and enter the page number you want to print.

Now you will only print page 15.

Currently, we only offer downloadable products that you print at home.  We will not ship any products to you at any time.

In order to cancel your subscription,  logging into your account.  From there, you can select your subscription and click the cancel link.

Because all of our products are digital, delivered immediately, and consumed upon delivery, we are unable to offer any refunds for any products.  If you are having any trouble with any products, please contact us right away.  We will work with you to make it right.
